Now let the consciousness associated with this merging pour in from the cosmos. Emptying is about awareness. It is a finer substance than pulse or breath yet is intrinsically woven together with pulse and breath through the Triangle of the Enneagram. Allow yourself to expand through the awareness and yet stay grounded through pulse and breath. Practice this for at least 5 minutes.
