Feel the pulse here. Spend at least 3 minutes feeling your pulse at this location called the Dan Tien. Do not try to control the pulse, just feel it. Now feel your pulse in God`s field and in your Dan Tien at the same time. Spend another 3 minutes in this combined focus.
