Preparation ( Doing )

CREATING: Reestablish yourself in Doing ( see link above ). With your eyes closed, see your inner landscape. Follow the contour of the shapes you are viewing. Allow the pulse to ride the contour of the shapes. These shapes may be amorphous or they may be distinct objects. It doesn`t matter. Regardless of how your mind makes sense of them, continue following the contour of the shapes with pulse and respiration. Do this for at least 5 minutes.
