PULSE: Place the tip of your right thumb in the little indentation in your left wrist that`s just below the very base of your left thumb. Feel your pulse. If you`re having trouble feeling your pulse then adjust the position and the pressure of your right thumb. If you notice pulse arising in any other parts of the body, allow these locations to come into your awareness. Spend at least a minute doing this.
Now feel pulse extend throughout your body, up your arms into your chest, down your torso, into your legs and feet and up into your head. Feel pulse as a field throughout your entire body for at least 3 minutes. I call this God`s Field.
